We are looking to fill the following positions in the field. We will give preference to qualified individuals recruited out of the Foursquare family and process them through Foursquare Missions training. Here are the roles with some description.

MSW in Residence - A two-year support-raised renewable deployment. This position will oversee the programatic components of aftercare in conjunction with the Therapist in Residence and Therapeutic Interns. Position reports to the Director of Overseas Operations (A Foursquare Missionary Position) and/or the Director of Care. Requirements include a Masters in Social work and experience in working in a trauma informed environment is preferred.

Therapist in Residence - A two-year support-raised renewable deployment. This position will conduct, train and oversee the therapeutic components of aftercare. Position will report to the Director of Care and the Director of Overseas Operations. Requirements include a professional degree, all certifications will be considered including MSW, MA and MS in Psychology, MFCC, MFT, and LCSW. Complex trauma experience preferred.

Depending on the quality of recruits, these two positions may be consolidated to a Director of Care role. We are primarily recruiting from new graduates are also casting the net wider to take application from experienced clinicians.

Attorney in Residence - A two-year support-raised renewable deployment. This position will oversee client legal advocacy, manage relationships with national attorneys as well as coordinate the CF police training program. The attorney in residence will be primarilyresponsible for CF’s in-country relationship with U.S. agencies including the Department of State, The FBI and the DOJ. This position reports to the Director of Overseas Operations and will work alongside the Executive Director of YCFI (Compassion First Indonesia).

Therapeutic Intern (2) - A one-year support raised renewable deployment. This position is an extension of the Therapist in Residence role for the purpose(s) of implementing a dance/body and art therapy program. A bachelors degree or significant progress and expertise in specific skills adaptable to a therapeutic program are required. This position reports to the Therapist in Residence and/or the Director of Care.
