Stage 1: INQUIRY
The inquiry stage is where you are encouraged to ask questions and pursue God’s direction without any formal commitment. Time is give to the discovery of a church planting and mutual relationship between the district and the candidate.
In this stage, please complete the following:
Pastoral Recommendations (3 required)
After all items above are received in our office, we will contact you to schedule a church planter assessment. This extensive interview process for the church planter and spouse is for the purpose of selection and coaching. The four-hour panel style interview focuses on seven skills specific to church planting. A detailed report is created including coaching tips to be shared with the planter and coach. If selected, the Stage 2: Preparation begins.
